Driver charged with DWI after Cohoes crash

COHOES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Watervliet man was arrested and charged with DWI in connection to a crash in the city of Cohoes on Thursday night. The crash took place around 8:15 p.m. on Saratoga Street near Tibbits Avenue. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! Darnell Nesbit, 46, was charged with Aggravated DWI, Driving While Intoxicated, and Reckless Driving. He and the driver of the other car only had minor injuries. A portion of the road was closed for an extended period of time.Cohoes police released impact video of the crash as a reminder to never drink and drive.
